A Garmin watch on a wrist showing 4:5 and the scorer, with the same match on a phone held beside it, five-a-side players in orange and green bibs behind

Score the game
from your wrist.

Tap the scorer on your Garmin watch. The scoreboard on everyone's phone follows, live. Sign-ups by shared link, season table that keeps itself, and a proper soccer activity recorded alongside. Built for the Tuesday-night five-a-side crowd.

The club room is free. The watch app lives in the Connect IQ store.

Playing, not organising? You need nothing here — ask whoever runs your club for the sign-up link.

No Garmin watch in the club? Ask for a phone version — at 1000 votes it gets built.

Eleven seconds

A goal goes in. A thumb presses once. The score is already on the bench. That is the entire product — the rest of this page is detail.

Sound on for the click.

Three steps, once

  1. Garmin fenix 8 Pro showing the Mini Soccer room code entry screen with six characters

    1. Join the room

Create a club here and you get a six-character room code. Dial it and your PIN into the watch once, with the buttons — no keyboard needed. The watch remembers it.

  2. The Mini Soccer Pro watch menu showing Load Squad, Sync Goals and Start Recording

    2. Pull the squad

Load Squad brings across everyone on the court, in the bib colours you picked. Start Recording turns it into a Garmin soccer activity with heart rate and the final score.

  3. Mini Soccer Pro on a Garmin watch: room code, the score four five, the scorer by name and nine goals waiting to sync

    3. Press once per goal

Up and down pick the scorer by name, one press records the goal. Out of Bluetooth range they queue on the watch — the +9 in the corner — and sync later, and a resent batch never counts twice.

What the club gets

A scoreboard everyone can see

Substitutes, injured players and whoever is running late all watch the same page update as the goals go in. No phone in anybody's pocket on the pitch.

Sign-ups without accounts

Share one link in the group chat. People tap their name, the list sorts itself by who answered first, and one press turns it into tonight's line-up.

Even teams

Balancing splits whoever showed up into two sides of matching strength by career goals, so nobody has to argue about it in the changing room.

A season that writes itself

Wins, goals and a match archive per player, kept from the first game. Nothing to type up afterwards, nothing to lose track of.

Bib colours that match

Pick the colours you actually wear. The watch shows the same ones, so a glance at the wrist tells you the score without reading a word.

Nicknames only

No contact details are ever stored for players. The app is built around the name people are shouted by on the pitch, and says so wherever a name is typed.

What everyone else sees

While one person taps goals on the watch, this is what the rest of the club has open on their phones.

Mini Soccer match console: orange leading green, player cards with goal counts and a live goal log
The live scoreboard. Every goal appears with the minute and who scored it.
Squad management: bib colour pickers, players marked in or out, sign-up link settings
Bib colours, who is in, and the link you share with the group.
Season table listing players with wins and goals, above a match archive
The season, kept without anyone typing it up.
The sign-up page on a phone: three players marked as playing, the rest of the squad below
The sign-up link, on a phone. Tap your name, and it moves to the top.

Questions

Which watches does it work on?

Over a hundred, from fenix 5 onwards: the whole fenix, epix, Forerunner, Instinct, venu, vivoactive, MARQ, Descent and D2 range with Connect IQ 3 or newer.

Does the watch need a phone?

Only to sync. Goals recorded out of range queue on the watch and go across the moment a phone with Garmin Connect is nearby again. Nothing is counted twice.

What does it cost?

The club room and the web page are free. Lite is free in the Connect IQ store; Pro is a one-off purchase there. No subscription anywhere.

Do the players need accounts?

No. Only whoever runs the club signs in. Players use a shared link to sign up for the next game and to see the season table.

What about our data?

Nicknames, goals and match results. No contact details for players, ever. Any club can keep itself off the public weekly board. See privacy.
